Makeup Off is a blend of jojoba oil and rose water that can be used on all skin types.  It is most suitable for dry skin.  The jojoba oil provides anti-inflammatory and antioxidant benefits.  The rose water refreshes the skin and leaves a subtle, rose petal aroma.  Use a dry cloth (pads are sold separately) to gently remove any makeup that's left behind.
