This personalized service is designed for anyone seeking a custom-made product tailored to their unique needs.  You will receive by email an Intake Form and a Disclaimer Form.  Once you complete the required Intake and Disclaimer forms and return to me, I'll begin a thoughtful research process to determine the best product for your goals.  If additional details are needed, I'll reach out with a few clarifying questions to ensure your final product is perfectly aligned with your needs.  After the research and formulation process is complete, your custom-created product will be crafted with care and shipped directly to you.  This service offers a simple, supportive, and intentional way to receive a product made just for you.
The total cost is $40.00 (please see Payment Terms).
